Speaking Romanian is a non-profit association organized by parents. It is dedicated – though not limited to – Romanian children living in or around the Halton region of Ontario.

We are motivated by a deep desire to pass on the meaning of Romanian culture, traditions, and values to the next generation of Romanian-Canadians. As a result, we are determined to offer good quality educational programs that aim to help Romanian-Canadian children integrate into the Canadian environment without the risk of losing their heritage and identity.

We started this journey a few years back and are happy to see an increasing number of children and families attending community events and activities. Please take a look around our website to get to know us better.

Thank you to all the local companies that offered their support for the activities and events organized by Speaking Romanian
